The Ultimate Beach Body Workout is a fantastic way to improve your fitness level and reach your goals. For years I have tried to “do it on my own” but always fell short of my goal. The ability to work out with a group is so motivating. Each day a different instructor keeps the work outs challenging and interesting. From the dietician to the trainers, the entire Escape 2 Fitness team provides an individualized approach. I lost 6 pounds this month, mastered some delicious and healthy recipes and made some new friends too. Working out in the great outdoors adds an additional layer of difficulty and yet it is so energizing to enjoy the beach and the Chicago skyline.

I am amazed at the results I’ve seen over the last two sessions. Even with working out regularly over the last 6 months, I had better results in terms of inches loss, weight loss, and body fat over the last 8 weeks. The combination of nutrition, training, and accountability built into the program made the difference for me. Having so much fun with the group and the trainers makes it an amazing start to the day. I’ll get up for 6am workouts any for this crew without hesitation. The only down side is that none of my clothes fit, and I have to go shopping! I can’t say enough positive things about escape2fitness and their wonderful trainers. I have tried many different programs and have spent thousands of dollars on trainers, but never saw any real results. When I heard about the beach body makeover boot camp I was hesitant, but I thought “what have I got to lose.” Four weeks later, I couldn’t be happier with the results, I have lost 10 pounds and 6 inches. My clothes fit loose and even my shoes are too big now! Not only do I feel great but I’m having a blast, I actually look forward to the workouts!!!! The trainers always change it up so it’s fun and challenging. Ashley, the nutritionist is AMAZING, her personalized approach allows you to eat the foods you love and still drop the pounds. In the four weeks I have been doing this, not once have I felt deprived, I’m eating delicious food and still losing weight. I have had such a great time with the trainers and my peers that I signed up to do it again. I would highly recommend this to anyone, it’s fun, its affordable and best of all you see real results!

I hadn't seen the inside of gym in over 20 years. When I was told about Beach Body Makeover, I was reluctant, but nonetheless knew I needed to somehow become active and take care of my health. I was apprehensive about working out with other people who I assumed had to have taken better care of them than I did. I assumed it was yet another program that would not engage me sufficiently such that I would achieve results.
Beach Body proved to be perfect for me because it's more than a fitness program. The expert staff address nutrition, diet, and provide recipes; consider body ailments, and target "trouble spots" and concerns. Perhaps most importantly, the staff is committed to building relationships with their members as individuals and as part of a team.
For me, the biggest asset of Beach Body Makeover has been the unyielding support of the group and staff. Because the group shares similar concerns and apprehensions, the workouts are fun (but challenging!) and opportunities to learn from each other are constant. The desire to do my best is fueled by healthy competition because the group creates a desire for everyone to do their best. My success has been achieved because the desire for everyone else to do their best is present. Truly, everybody wins. I look forward to seeing my group every morning to share stories of our efforts and snippets of how to make our individual goals easier to achieve.
My success at Beach Body Makeover has encouraged me to undertake other physical challenges I would never even have considered. The staff supports and encourages me in these endeavors as well.
My experience with Beach Body Makeover and the staff at escape 2 fitness is one of total fitness. It uncovers energy and well-being inside and out.

I would highly recommend the Ultimate Beach Body Makeover training. It's great for all fitness levels, and the instructors ensure that all can work within their own comfort zone. They offer motivating guidance and vary the exercises to ensure you are hitting all target areas (legs, arms, abs, etc).

I was very pleased with the Ultimate Beach Body. I thought each session was appropriate. I appreciated how each day we could take advantage of a new personal trainer. Communication and motivation from the nutritionist was also great and helped the process when I felt weak.

I would recommend the Ultimate Beach Body Makeover to anyone. No matter what your current fitness level, the trainers will work with you to make sure you get the most out of the program. If you commit yourself to going to each class, follow the nutrition guidelines, and push yourself in the workouts, you WILL see results!
When I first signed up I was a bit worried that I was going to be really out of place due to my fitness level and weight. The other attendees never made me feel out of place. The trainers really set the pace and mood as positive.

I think this program was great! Especially for the first round-it's only going to get better each time.
The workouts were great-no matter how tired or unmotivated I was when I showed up, I left feeling great and so energized. It was nice having a different trainer everyday too, each one has their own personal style, which helped to switch things up, and not let you get bored.
The workouts were definitely challenging! The trainers really push you to exceed what you think your body is capable of-and I know I never would workout even half as hard if I was on my own. It's a great feeling at the end of each workout.
If you go to the workouts, there's no way you'll leave without feeling stronger and in better shape.
The nutrition aspect is really important too. The nutrition coaches were there to help you, encourage healthy eating habits (not just "dieting") and answer any questions you have. It helps to make you feel accountable to someone else.
One thing I've learned is that there is no "quick fix" to getting in shape. I think each round you learn something new and are more inspired to keep going! I'm definitely looking forward to continuing my fitness goals with Escape 2 Fitness!

I have registered to run my very first 5K at the end of July. It is something that I never would have imagined doing two months ago but after the daily, albeit forced, jogs in boot camp, I have decided that this running thing may not be so bad after all. (If you need further proof that I never would have done this before just look at my initial questionnaire - I believe I say something like I hate running and I only run when chased).
I also wanted to let you know that I could never have made it through boot camp or started on my way to this kind of exercise program without your help and encouragement. Y'ALL ARE AWESOME!!!!! Many many thanks!
