I was born to dance and have studied and taught multiple dance genres (like tap, ballet, jazz, and hip hop,) for many years. I learned at a very early age that movement is healthy and can be tons of fun! In 2007, I took that fun to the gym and got my group fitness certification and started teaching cardio kick, boot camp, sculpt, pilates, and cycling classes at local gyms. I discovered yoga in 2005. I have studied Vinyasa and Bikram Yoga in Philadelphia and NYC. I am now beginning my certification journey here in Chicago.
I like to incorporate all types of workout styles I have studied in class. My goal is for everyone to reach their fullest potential at their own pace. I am a true believer that one hour of physical movement can do so much for your mind, body, and soul!! |
