Aquatic Personal Training
Taking personal training to a new level, the unique properties of water allow for creative and
aggressive fitness programming. The viscosity of water allows you to push, pull, run, jump, jack,
and jog much harder. The buoyant property of water unloads joints and allows for vigorous physical
activity with minimal or zero joint impact. Chest level water allows individuals to bear only about
25-35% of their body weight. Deep-water training is vigorous exercise with zero impact 100% of the
time. A great workout for any age; pools provide a great fitness playground for kids.

Pre/Post Natal Training
Pre-natal exercise is designed to promote good posture and spinal alignment, easing the strain and tensions involved with a changing body during pregnancy. Participants will learn to improve awareness of their bodies and prepare for the labor and delivery of their child. Additional benefits of exercise during pregnancy include reducing weight gain during pregnancy and after giving birth, improved sleep patterns and mood, a more comfortable labor, and alleviated back pain. Maintenance, not improvement of fitness levels, is the focus of exercise during this tender stage. Intensity of exercise, environment, and type of exercise are carefully considered in relation to the safety of the child's development.

Personal Pilates Training
Pilates Mat Training is an intense and challenging workout, concentrating on the "core" or "power center" of the body. The exercises performed are designed to create strong, lean, and flexible muscles. By focusing on the core, Pilates strengthens and tightens the "power center" from which all movement originates. Having a stronger core helps with balance, posture, and other everyday events. Pilates offers benefits not found in traditional strength and stretching programs.

Licensed Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the muscle. Massage works on the soft tissues -- the muscles, tendons, and ligaments -- to improve muscle tone, reaching to deep layers of the muscle and even organs. Massage stimulates blood circulation and aids the lymphatic system, which runs parallel to the circulatory system, improving the elimination of toxins within the body.

It is used mostly on athletes who have been training, but it can be tailored to any athlete at any stage of training.
