| Aquatic Personal Training |
| Taking personal training to a new level, the unique properties of water allow for creative and aggressive fitness programming. The viscosity of water allows you to push, pull, run, jump, jack, and jog much harder. The buoyant property of water unloads joints and allows for vigorous physical activity with minimal or zero joint impact. Chest level water allows individuals to bear only about 25-35% of their body weight. Deep-water training is vigorous exercise with zero impact 100% of the time. A great workout for any age; pools provide a great fitness playground for kids. |
 |
| Pre/Post Natal Training |
| Pre-natal exercise is designed to promote good posture and spinal alignment, easing the strain and tensions involved with a changing body during pregnancy. Participants will learn to improve awareness of their bodies and prepare for the labor and delivery of their child. Additional benefits of exercise during pregnancy include reducing weight gain during pregnancy and after giving birth, improved sleep patterns and mood, a more comfortable labor, and alleviated back pain. Maintenance, not improvement of fitness levels, is the focus of exercise during this tender stage. Intensity of exercise, environment, and type of exercise are carefully considered in relation to the safety of the child's development. |
 |
| Senior Fitness Training |
| No matter what your age or physical condition, appropriate physical activity is pertinent to good health. As people age, they lose muscle tissue and bone density. Strengthening exercises can rebuild or maintain muscle tissue and help slow the rate of age-related loss. In addition, working with our trainers will lead you toward improved joint range of motion, balance, and cardiovascular health. |

 |
| Personal Pilates Training |
| Pilates Mat Training is an intense and challenging workout, concentrating on the "core" or "power center" of the body. The exercises performed are designed to create strong, lean, and flexible muscles. By focusing on the core, Pilates strengthens and tightens the "power center" from which all movement originates. Having a stronger core helps with balance, posture, and other everyday events. Pilates offers benefits not found in traditional strength and stretching programs. |

By being welcomed in your home and observing your lifestyle habits, the dietitians are able to assist you with behavior modifications and outline a healthy meal plan just for you. Family plans are also available. Follow-up consultations are highly recommended for optimal results, especially in weight loss. | Swedish Massage Therapy |
| Massage Therapy is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the muscle. Massage works on the soft tissues -- the muscles, tendons, and ligaments -- to improve muscle tone, reaching to deep layers of the muscle and even organs. Massage stimulates blood circulation and aids the lymphatic system, which runs parallel to the circulatory system, improving the elimination of toxins within the body. Swedish massage is possibly the most well known type of massage therapy. It is generally used to stimulate the relaxation response, release muscle tension, and increase blood and lymph circulation. |
 |
| Trigger Point Massage Therapy |
| Also known as (Myofascial) is a technique where concentrated pressure is applied to overactive nerve pathways (Trigger Points, commonly referred to as knots) to relieve chronic pain and break the pain / spasm / pain cycle. |
 |
| Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapy |
| Is generally done with the client in a side lying position, as to not do harm to the baby, and ease tension of the mother’s body. It consists of gentle, relaxing strokes; some friction strokes may be used to relieve muscle knots. |
 |
| Injury/Rehabilitative Massage Therapy |

 |
| Russian Sports Massage Therapy |

It is used mostly on athletes who have been training, but it can be tailored to any athlete at any stage of training. |
