Step 2:

Schedule an appointment with your Nutrition Coach preferably PRIOR to the program start date. |

You will receive a series of forms to complete and send back to Escape 2 Fitness via email or fax within 24 hours. |

| Step 4: |
The initial Nutrition Coaching session will take place at your home OR you can choose a central meeting location. The Nutrition Coach is one of our registered dietitians (see Professional Team for staff credentials). She will be accessing your individual nutrition needs and providing you with a nutrition plan designed to help you achieve the "Ultimate Beach Body." In addition, your Nutrition Coach will be following up with you weekly via email and phone to assure you are staying on top of your nutrition program. You can also contact them anytime with any questions you may have throughout the program. |

| Step 5: |
The workouts are Monday-Thursday from 6:00-7:00am OR 6:00-7:00pm. They are HIGH intensity outdoor workouts designed to help you achieve the Ultimate Beach Body. The workouts are led by certified and degreed personal trainers (please see our professional team for staff credentials). Each workout is unique, but will address all components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and reducing body fat and increasing lean mass. Your trainer is a personal trainer, so please consult with them on any individual exercise concerns or modifications you may need. |

| Step 6: |
On the first and last workout, we will be doing some brief fitness assessments: body weight, body fat, circumference measurements, heart rate, and blood pressure.

| Step 7: |
Be sure to treat your sore muscles to a massage between workouts. All participants will receive 10% all of our services for the duration of the program. |

| Step 8: |
Once the program is complete, you WILL see results. Don't let all that hard work go to waste. Register for the next program to maintain the progress and continue achieving results. You may also choose to work individually with a trainer. |
